QCA at IIIM, Jammu has developed an expertise in the specialized
area of Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Quality
Evaluation of Natural/ Herbal products and finger printing
of Herbal formulations. As such QCA Division is engaged
in the analysis of trace elements, heavy metals, aflatoxins
and pesticide and VMP?s residues in honey, water, soft
drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, herbal
drugs, walnut and other nuts/ products for domestic/ export
market and other food items like spices and condiments
and animal/poultry feed etc.
